Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Hello Hijabi, you agree to the policies below.
1. Delivery Policy
Orders are typically delivered within 1 week. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier conditions.
- Within Oman: a delivery charge of 2.1 OMR applies. Orders above 25 OMR qualify for free delivery.
- GCC region: delivery charges for GCC countries may vary depending on the destination.
- Unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to stock availability or courier delays outside our control.
- We will do our best to keep you informed and help resolve shipping issues as quickly as possible.
2. Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returns are accepted only for defective items.
- Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Opened or used items cannot be accepted unless the item is defective.
3. Refund Policy
- If you cancel your order before dispatch, a refund will be issued through the original payment method or the payment provider's refund process, as applicable.
- For accepted returns due to defects, the item cost will be refunded in full.
- If an order originally qualified for free delivery, the actual delivery cost of 2.1 OMR may still be deducted from the refund if shipping has already been incurred.
- Refunds are processed within up to 3 weeks after we receive the returned item and complete our quality inspection.
4. Product Quality and Guarantee
- We source our products from trusted suppliers and manufacturers.
- Product quality and manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the relevant third-party supplier or brand.
- Our goal is to provide helpful customer service and a smooth shopping experience.
